We are currently recruiting an Application Architect - ServiceNow for a 24-month fixed term contract, based in Perth.
The ServiceNow Application Architect is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of support and enhancements. As an application Architect your responsibilities include –

·  Capable of delivering on functional and technical designs, operating models, design components, build and coding, unit tests, deployments and relevant documentation.
·  Work effectively in an individual capacity and within a geographically dispersed team to deliver on customer satisfaction and success commitments.
·  Contribute in future roadmap and developing technical solutions.
·  Be keenly aware of committed timelines and budget parameters in delivering business outcome
·  Adhere to organisational coding standards, development processes and industry best practices
·  Ability to work closely and create strong working relationships with product and other vendors to collaboratively deliver to client requirements.
·  Work closely with the customer teams to drive OCM processes across organization. To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –
·  16+ years' experience in Service Management and Application Development
·  Experience in developing and implementing complex ServiceNow solution for various clients
·  Expertise in Service Management Process Design, Requirements Gathering, Gap Analysis and Service Improvement Plans
·  Experience in implementing various ServiceNow product suites including IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Business Management, Customer Service Management and Custom Applications.
·  Certified ServiceNow ITSM Suite Professional, Certified Scrum Master and ITIL Expert.
·  Expertise in ServiceNow product suites to explore out-of-the-box capabilities and build client roadmaps.
·  Act as a Scrum Master for various ServiceNow projects to manage daily scrums, sprint planning, address impediments and sprint retrospective.
·  Experience in ServiceNow development using JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, Integration with 3 rd party tools for IT, HR and various business processes.
·  Exposure on working in a client delivery environment and have excellent communication skills
·  Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from Project Preparation and Go live and Support using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
·  Experienced interfacing with the customer to develop requirements, business process modelling and solutions.
·  Experience in working within a multi-location team supporting users in multiple time zones
·  Experience in engaging with external vendors and partners to provide seamless business process solutions.
·  Act as a Product Manager for ServiceNow product suites to implement various service management process and custom applications for global customers.
