Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SI Lab Team Technology Engineer, you will support the creation of applications that work smarter and more effectively by infusing governance workflows. These insights will drive increased value – for many of the biggest SI partners. You will work with a team of engineers with expertise in industry-leading Data & AI platforms and technologies to implement these transformations.

This role will interface with marketing, expert services, development, other IBM delivery organizations and business development leaders to ensure successful outcomes. Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly evolving agile work environment.

As a technology engineer on the SI Labs team, you will:
·  Assist partners in defining, designing, implementing and deploying machine learning technologies in their product
·  Participate in various engagements with partners
·  Enable partners on IBM's Data/AI technologies, products
·  Effectively lead projects with multiple technical teams and IBM Partners across geographies
·  Capture best practices for ML, Data/AI technologies, create documentation like articles, tutorials, and hands-on workshops & demos
·  Demonstrate your passion to understand and learn new technologies, to innovate and improve quality of service

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The candidate should be having good knowledge on IBM Fact sheets should be able to show case administering competencies or capabilities with
·  Model Deployment lifecycle management
·  Model facts collection
·  Model tracking The candidate is also expected to show case in IBM Open scale.
·  Monitoring & Evaluating traditional metrics (Bias, Drift, Accuracy and Explainability )
·  Evaluating custom metrics based on requirement using notebook /python code snippets
·  Should be able to monitor the dashboard alerts creating thresholds and explain the metric graphs and trends during the evaluation. The candidate is also expected to show case in IBM Open scale.

·  Open pages basic administration
·  Task focused UI views , Users and User groups management
·  Object types , workflows ,Calculations ,Dependent fields and triggers
·  Should be having domain knowledge on Issues/Mandates, Policies and Compliance Management.
·  The candidate is expected to have good knowledge on Red hat OpenShift Container Platform.
·  Good understanding of Containerization concepts
·  Deploying containerized application on Red hat OpenShift Container Platform
·  Troubleshooting on Red hat OpenShift Container Platform

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Java, Python with below skills
·  Core and advanced java concepts with ability to write .jsp , CSS,HTML java script etc.
·  Python programming skills on working with AI models, model metrics and evaluation.
·  REST API services creation
·  Implementing authentication services and java security would be plus.
·  Ability to debug and understand python language and able to quickly develop code snippets for custom metrics using python etc.
