The Account Process Owner job is responsible for updating operational processes and implementing process improvement requests, participates in process work sessions and reviews process documentation. The ideal candidate will:

·  Serve as the primary liaison between the Client Process Subject Matter Expert(s) and the Delivery Team
·  Facilitate and participates in operational process working sessions and trainings
·  Works with the Process Area SME(s), to identify, gather and assess process requirements
·  Investigate root cause(s) of failing process(es) and facilitate continuous process improvement recommendations The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Monroe Center. However, some travel is expected and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in LOUISIANA. The work location is 150 Venable Lane, Monroe LA 71203. This is not a work from home position. Sponsorship opportunities do not currently exist.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Ability to identify and advise on continuous process improvements
·  Ability to use diagraming tool, i.e. Visio
·  Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions
·  Ability to develop processes and desk procedures utilizing Word and PowerPoint
·  Ability to create and deliver effective presentations and training material
·  Minimum of 1-year experience delivering formal presentations and trainings to large groups.
·  Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and PowerPoint.

·  Experience documenting processes and generating process flows with swimlane diagrams is required for those who can fill the APO role.
