Who You Are and What Will You Do

As a Process Services Professional-Finance (Japanese Speaker), you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
·  You will serve as liaison between the Japanese clients and Manila
·  Responsible for taking care of the internal (English) and external (Japanese) communications
·  Translations will include email/written and phone/verbal communications to ensure smooth flow of daily operations.
·  Assists in communicating urgent questions/concerns from team members to client to provide resolutions
·  You will support reporting requests (scheduled and ad hoc) and provide requested information to the client and internal team (Manila team) that concerns daily operations.
·  Assists in updating reports including handling of customer escalations report to communicate RCA and Preventive Actions
·  You will assist in Data entry tasks when necessary
·  You will have the opportunity to support continuous improvement initiative, provide training, education to team members, learn new process from the client or and understand Exception, cerate DTP & Amend DTP with updates.
·  This role will let you improve your Business knowledge to directly contribute to the delivery of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) which measures how the activities are based on agreed targets.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Expertise:
·  Japanese Proficiency level: at least JLPT N2-N1 (N3 will need to be checked if can be reconsidered)
·  Shift: Night Shift: 12-9AM (Flexible to adjust to different shifts - Night/Day shift, Willing to work on Philippine holidays, Weekends)
·  Ability to manage multiple, diverse priorities under time pressure to meet key customer and financial deadlines
·  Ability to pre-empt potential issues and reprioritize work to meet ever changing needs of customers both internal and external.
·  Ability to think through complex issues and situations and develop robust, well thought out solutions which meet the need of the business
·  Advanced communication skills - ability to communicate to all people at all levels within the organization. Must have the ability to resolve difficult customer service issues
·  Strong leadership skills including leading a huge young and dynamic team
