Job description

Who You Are and What Will You Do
As a OTC Customer Service Specialist, you'll be able to do the following tasks/function:
·  Serves as liaison between the client and the client's customers
·  Manages the orders from receipt of purchase orders up to post shipment issues
·  Coordinates with warehouse and logistics to ensure that client meets its customers required delivery date
·  Resolves invoice dispute to guarantee collection of payment from the client's customer
·  Reviews purchase orders and contracts in compliance to the global process and/or country specific requirements
·  Responsible for maintaining the customer master data – creation, amendments and deletion
·  Supports reporting requests (scheduled and ad hoc)
·  Provides requested order information to the client and client's customer such as order ETA, shipment status and invoice related-queries
·  Proactively resolves customer shipment and invoice issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Expertise:
·  1-3 years of experience, 1 year of relevant Order-to-Cash Experience or in relevant area of Customer Service
·  Knowledgeable on Order to Cash / Order Management
·  Required Skills/Competencies (with minimum supervision): Basic Accounting, Dispute Management, Claims Management, Backlog Management
·  Required basic computer and internet navigation skills
·  Proficient in English Language
·  Amenable to work on a night-shift and in IBM Naga Required Education:
·  You should at least have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Bachelors of Science in Accountancy, BSBA – Accounting Technology, BSBA – Management Accounting, BSBA - Banking and Finance, BSBA – Financial Management
