At Alila Villas Uluwatu, the Wellness Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing guests’ well-being through personalized fitness and wellness experiences. This professional oversees the management of the hotel’s gym and fitness facilities, ensuring they operate smoothly and meet high standards. They assist guests with wellness plans, guide them in utilizing gym equipment, and lead various wellness activities. The role encompasses responsibilities such as providing information, personal training, and wellness coaching, all delivered with professionalism and efficiency.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Degree or certification in fitness training, yoga, Pilates, holistic wellness, or a related field.
·  Experience in leading and instructing Pilates sessions (mat or equipment-based) is required.
·  Prior experience in luxury hospitality or wellness environments preferred.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
·  Passionate about health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest service.
