Job description

To provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service in accordance with the hotel's standards to maximize guest satisfaction. The Wellness Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the wellness facilities including the spa, onsen, and gym. The role ensures that all wellness areas are well maintained, properly prepared, and welcoming for guests while supporting the smooth daily operation of the wellness facilities.

Essential Criteria

·  • Ability to provide professional, courteous, and guest focused service.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation of spa, onsen, and gym facilities.
• Strong understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ability to monitor wellness areas and ensure facilities are well organized and safe for guests.
• Good teamwork and communication skills with colleagues and other hotel departments.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and early morning or evening shifts.

Desirable Criteria

·  • Previous experience working in a spa, wellness center, gym, or hotel environment.
• Knowledge of wellness, spa, or fitness facility operations.
• Basic understanding of guest safety and facility management.
• Strong service mindset with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.
