You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Wedding Sales Executive is responsible for generating wedding and social event business for the hotel by promoting wedding packages, securing new bookings, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the planning process. The role focuses on building strong relationships with prospective couples, wedding planners, and key community stakeholders.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
·  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Wedding Sales, Events Sales, Catering Sales, or Hotel Sales.
·  Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
·  Strong organizational and event-planning skills.
·  Strong understanding of Arabic wedding traditions and cultural preferences.
·  Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
·  Arabic speaker with established local market knowledge.
·  Experience handling high-profile weddings and social events.
·  Existing network of wedding planners, influencers, and event suppliers within Qatar or the GCC market.
·  Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
