The Guest Services Officer - Front Office/Telecommunication is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office operations within the Rooms Division.

Qualifications :

Passionate, action oriented and hardworking personalities with a minimum 1-year work experience in hotel operations.

The ideal candidate should have a customer-focused mindset, alongside fluent communication skills in English and Russian.
