Waiter/Waitress (Russian Speaker)

Job description

· To conduct duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide a courteous, creative, efficient and flexible service consistent with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas and Hyatt International Brand Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
· To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
· To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Food and Beverage items in the menu.
· Possess the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
· To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

An ideal candidate should:

·  Have prior experience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment.
· 
Possesses a friendly, energetic approach and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service.

·  Be proficient (fluent) in both English and Russian, with strong communication skills.
