Job description

协助餐厅日常运营及服务工作。

按照酒店服务标准为宾客提供餐饮服务。

协助餐前准备、摆台及餐后整理工作。

熟悉菜单内容，为宾客提供基本菜品及饮品介绍。

及时响应宾客需求，确保良好的用餐体验。

遵守食品安全及卫生标准。

完成主管安排的其他工作任务。

Assist with the daily operations of the restaurant and Food & Beverage outlets.

Deliver service to guests in accordance with hotel standards.

Support table setup, pre-service preparation and post-service cleanup.

Learn menu offerings and provide basic food and beverage recommendations.

Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a positive dining experience.

Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.

Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理或相关专业在校学生。

热爱服务行业，具有良好的团队合作精神。

具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力。

能适应轮班及节假日工作安排。

英语沟通能力良好者优先。

Current student pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Food & Beverage Management or related fields.

Passionate about hospitality and customer service.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

English communication skills are an advantage.
