About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Technicien Polyvalent to join our Engineering team and contribute to delivering the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of hotel facilities, equipment, and installations. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will play a key role in maintaining the quality, safety, and comfort of our guest and colleague environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and technical installations.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work.
· Conduct routine inspections to ensure all hotel areas are operating efficiently and safely.
· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments while maintaining Hyatt service standards.
· Ensure all repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with safety regulations.
· Monitor the condition of equipment and report any major maintenance requirements or potential risks.
· Support renovation and improvement projects as assigned by the Engineering department.
· Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
· Ensure compliance with hotel policies, engineering procedures, and health and safety standards.
· Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or technical role within hospitality, facilities management, or a related industry.
· Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance systems.
· Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Good understanding of health, safety, and preventive maintenance practices.
· Strong teamwork and communication skills.
· Basic knowledge of English or French is preferred. Arabic is an advantage.
