Duties and responsibilities related to the Steward Role

·
Ensure all kitchen and Back of House (BOH) areas are kept immaculately clean, adhering to the hotels high standards.

Assist in the smooth running of kitchen operations by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the organization of storage areas.

·
Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting your colleagues as needed.

·
Assist in implementing waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource use, including recycling programs.

About you
Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is desired. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude; willingness to learn and adapt.
