The Team Leader - Audio Visual is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the department in line with brand standards, while meeting the expectations of associates and guests. This role oversees the operation, maintenance, and coordination of AV equipment and services, leads the AV technician, ensures the smooth execution of event setups, and provides reliable technical support to both internal and external clients, delivering exceptional service and seamless event experiences.

Qualifications :

·  Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
·  Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in AV operations, including experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
·  Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and technologies.
·  Good organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
