Guest Services Officer - Plateau Spa

Job description

What you will do:

· To perform daily operating procedures established for the Plateau spa accommodations.
· To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of spa services and products and the ability to up sell alternatives.
· Ensure a high level of guest relations and service and communication by providing prompt and courteous personalised service.
· Ensure that all therapy room related forms and reports are updated and completed in time.
· Provide training and development of staff to ensure that the highest standards of service are achieved and maintained.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management.
·  Minimum 2 years of similar experience in large scale hospitality establishment desirable.
·  Good presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
