Team Leader - Horticulturist

Job description

You will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, development, and maintenance of all landscaped areas within the hotel premises while delivering an excellent and consistent level of service. The Team Leader - Horticulturist will supervise gardening activities, maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property's green spaces, and support sustainability initiatives in line with Hyatt standards.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in horticulture, gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or large commercial properties.
Good knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, fertilizers, pest control, and landscaping techniques.
Experience in supervising a small team.
Basic computer skills for maintaining records and reports.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
