Job description
You will be responsible in supporting the Assistant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Services team. You will ensure that all guest interactions reflect Hyatt’s commitment to delivering warm and authentic hospitality. This role involves supervising team members, ensuring service standards are consistently met and providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their stay.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive and guest-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., Opera Cloud) is preferred.
• Able to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays.
