Job description

As a Housekeeping Rooms Supervisor, you will play an essential role in ensuring that all guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. You will supervise the daily work of room attendants, ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining the luxurious environment expected at Grand Hyatt Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, ensuring adherence to brand standards.

·
Ensure room attendants use cleaning materials correctly and efficiently.

·
Conduct room checks and follow up on quality and maintenance issues.

·
Support the housekeeping team with guidance and daily coordination.

·
Collaborate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest expectations are met.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
·  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a supervisory or coordinator role.
·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and guest satisfaction.
·  Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
·  Must be able to work on task with minimum to no supervision
·  Proven business communication (verbal and written) skills
·  English and Spanish required
·  Preferred candidates will have previous knowledge and experience using the following computer systems: HotSOS, Opera, and Colleague Advantage
·  Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
