Job description
You will ensure the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations by providing an excellent and consistent level of service. As the Assistant Manager Stewarding, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding department, including training, supervision, and coaching of all attendants and Team Leaders.

Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager Stewarding in a large hotel operation preferably with experience in luxury international brands, Good leadership skills with the ability to mentor, coach, train and motivate team members, Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible team environment.
