Description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests and customers. The Spa Receptionist is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the reception within THE BARAI Spa.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Thai Nationality with Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
·  Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
·  Work experience in hotel front office or concierge experience, preferably in a luxury or international hotel.
·  Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
