Hyatt Regency Birmingham is ideally located in the heart of the city centre, adjacent to Symphony Hall and within walking distance of the International Convention Centre (ICC), Brindley Place, and the Bullring shopping centre. This contemporary four-star hotel offers direct access to the vibrant canal-side area and is a short stroll from Birmingham New Street Station. The hotel features 319 spacious guest rooms and suites, 12 versatile event spaces, a modern restaurant, a traditional pub-style bar, and a luxurious spa with an indoor pool and fitness centre.

The Role

Assist guests during their stay, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Qualifications :

About you:

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering the best customer service to all our guests, ensuring their needs are fully met.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and possess good knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and Reserve. You will have excellent IT and communication skills. As an organized and outgoing individual, you will remain calm and effective when handling diverse and challenging situations.
