About Hyatt Regency London Olympia
Hyatt Regency London Olympia will be part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic convention centre built in 1873, into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district in West London. Anchored by the iconic glass barrel-vaulted roofs of the Grand and National Halls, the new 14-acre site will feature a boutique multi-screen arthouse cinema, a 4,000-capacity music and performing arts venue, a 1,500-seat theatre, a rooftop sky garden, as well as restaurants, shops, cafés, and office and co-working spaces.
Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, as well as a lobby lounge. Additionally, there will be three meeting rooms and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.
Duties and responsibilities related to the Front Office Team Leader role
· Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes, billing, and excellent guest service standards.
· Support and guide front office team members during shifts, providing assistance and resolving guest inquiries or issues promptly.
· Act as the point of contact for guests and staff in the absence of senior management, maintaining professionalism and service consistency.
· Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning, ensuring adequate coverage for peak periods.
· Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences.
· Report operational issues and guest feedback to the Front Office Manager for continuous improvement.
About You
You have proven experience in hotel Front Office management, ideally within the premium segment. With exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, you take a guest-focused approach and are committed to maintaining high operational standards. You have the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring both colleagues and guests enjoy a consistently high-quality experience.
