＜主な業務内容＞

■食器・什器類洗浄業務

■レストラン・宴会で使用する什器・備品の補充

■破損状況報告書の記録

■衛生管理（洗浄機等）

■スチュワード委託業者の管理

We are currently seeking a Steward Staff member for our Food & Beverage Stewarding Department.

Key Responsibilities

· Washing and cleaning of tableware, kitchenware, and equipment
· Replenishment of utensils and supplies used in restaurants and banquet operations
· Recording and reporting of damaged items
· Sanitation and hygiene control, including dishwashing machines
· Supervision and coordination of outsourced stewarding service providers

Desired profile

Qualifications :

■スチュワード業務経験者尚可

■F&Bサービス或いは調理経験者（1年以上）

■コミュニケーション能力の高い方

■責任感のある方

■柔軟性を持って対応できる方

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in stewarding operations is preferred
·  Experience in F&B service or culinary operations (minimum of 1 year)
·  Strong communication skills
·  A high sense of responsibility
·  Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing situations
