Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated, Hugo’s is an authentic European restaurant where classic meets timeless, offering traditional western cuisine prepared only with the finest ingredients available. Decorated with ornate mirrors, chandeliers, guns and shield plaques, the restaurant presents a unique and classic European atmosphere.
What you will do:
· Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented
· Works closely with other associates in a supportive and flexible manner
· Has excellent knowledge of all available products in the market
Desired profile
Qualifications :
What you should have:
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
· Preferably with experience in luxury international brands
· Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage
· Essential for comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
· Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred
