Job description

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented individual to join our Front Office team. In this guest-facing role, you will represent the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome, efficient service, and a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
· Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out experience
· Anticipate and respond to guest needs, inquiries, and requests with a helpful attitude
· Resolve any guest issues or concerns with care and a positive approach
· Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role
·  A genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
· 
Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage
