The Role
As Sous Chef – Employee Restaurant (Arabic Cuisine) , you will oversee the culinary operations of the employee dining facility, ensuring authentic Arabic cuisine is prepared to the highest standards. Your role is essential in creating a nourishing and enjoyable dining experience for our colleagues, reflecting Hyatt's commitment to care and quality.
Responsibilities include:
· Supervise daily kitchen operations for the employee restaurant.
· Plan and execute menus featuring traditional Arabic dishes with consistency and creativity.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards.
· Train and mentor kitchen team members to maintain quality and efficiency.
· Monitor inventory, control food costs, and manage supplier relationships.
· Maintain high standards of presentation and taste across all dishes.
· Support initiatives that promote health, wellness, and sustainability in colleague dining.

Desired profile
Qualifications :
Who You Are:
· Proven experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic cuisine.
· Strong knowledge of traditional Arabic dishes and cooking techniques.
· Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
· Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
· Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain consistency.
