Job description

As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for planning and executing commercial strategies, leading the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and actively contributing to the hotel's financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and implement commercial strategies that enhance the hotel's positioning and support financial objectives.
· Lead the Sales & Marketing team, fostering professional development, collaboration, and achievement of individual and group goals.
· Build lasting relationships with key clients, explore new business opportunities, and encourage referrals.
· Support complex negotiations and assist in resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience for strategic clients.
· Collaborate with the General Manager in developing short-, medium-, and long-term commercial plans at both local and international levels.
· Ensure excellence in post-sale service by overseeing processes and maintaining ongoing customer satisfaction.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with the hotel's communication and customer service standards.
· Analyze performance results and present reports to the General Management and property owners.

Qualifications :

Requirements / Competencies

· 
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, Tourism, or related fields.

· 
Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and spoken communication).

· 
Native or advanced Spanish (reading, writing, and spoken communication).

· 
Minimum 6 years of experience in hotel sales.

· 
At least 2 years of experience in commercial team management.

· 
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
