Job description
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.
Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As the Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
· Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
· Supervise kitchen staff and organize workflow
· Maintain hygiene and safety standards
· Assist in menu preparation, inventory control, and cost management
· Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service and handle issues efficiently

· Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant
· Strong leadership and team supervision skills
· Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation
