Learning Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Learning Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt's expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role

As the Learning Manager, you'll manage and develop training programs to support employee growth and improve performance across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify training needs and create learning plans for different departments

· Deliver onboarding sessions for new hires and ongoing development programs

· Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with hotel standards and service culture

· Work closely with department heads to build a strong learning environment

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· Previous experience in training, learning & development, or HR within hospitality

· Strong presentation and communication skills

· Ability to design and deliver training programs

· Good understanding of hotel operations and service standards

· Strong organizational and coordination skills

· Excellent English communication
