Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute the resort's sales strategy, driving revenue growth and strengthening market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, building strong relationships with travel partners, DMCs, and agents, and identifying new business opportunities across local and international markets.

The role involves proactive sales activities, including market prospecting, client engagement, and participation in sales trips, trade shows, and networking events. The Sales Manager will play a key role in maximizing occupancy, increasing market share, and positioning the resort competitively within the luxury segment.

This role works closely with the Sales & Marketing leadership team to support revenue objectives, align sales strategies with overall business goals, and ensure seamless coordination with internal departments. The position also collaborates with external partners to drive impactful sales initiatives that enhance the resort's visibility, reputation, and commercial success.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience in luxury hospitality
·  Previous experience in the Maldives
·  Strong knowledge of the local market and DMC network
·  Proficient in administrative tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
·  Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Korean, Russian, Chinese, or Arabic are preferred
·  Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
