- Leading daily service operations in Oak Door Bar
- Handling guest interactions, escorting, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries
- Creating staff rosters, training and coaching team members, and ensuring consistent service quality

Desired profile

Qualifications :

- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
- Prior experience as a dining room or bar server is preferred
- Experience in a high‑volume restaurant, bar, or lounge is an advantage
- Professional knowledge of liquor, wine, and spirits is preferred
- Basic English proficiency and native‑level Japanese
