International MICE (Proposal, Negotiation, Hotel Inspection and Group Agreement)

*インターナショナルMICEの売り上げ最大化を目的とした個人・チームターゲットの達成
Focus on optimizing revenue (room and banquet) in order to achieve individual and team goal

*競合ホテルのマーケットリサーチ
Market research for competitor hotels

Desired profile

Qualifications :

*ホテル業界に於ける営業部門経験１年以上
Preferred over 3 year of international MICE experience in the hotel sales department

*英語力
Business level of English speaking and writing

*収益目標を達成させる為、戦略的かつ積極的なアプローチでMICEを取り込んでいく
Strategically and proactively approach and achieve international MICE targeted revenue

*マネージャーとしてチームのモチベーションアップ、協調性の向上、収益目標設定に向けて積極的に取り組む
Proactively acting, motivating team, improving cooperativeness and achieving the target.
