The Engineer III provide technical support to Engineers I and II for the daily maintenance of the hotel, including both equipment and facilities. Update the Engineering warehouse inventories and ensure it is always stocked with spare parts and materials needed to carry out maintenance on equipment and installations.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Minimum 2 years of experience in the position, preferably in luxury hotels

· 
Proficient in painting, drywall installation, and masonry work

· 
Basic knowledge in electricity, air conditioning, and plumbing is desirable

· 
Familiarity with preventive maintenance of guest rooms and common areas

· 
Flexible schedule availability

· 
Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality
