Oversees the production and quality of all pastry and bakery items across the hotel's F&B operations, ensuring timely delivery, freshness, and consistency.

Maintains brand and hygiene standards; supervises equipment usage and ensures proper handling of ingredients and mise en place preparation.

Collaborates with other departments, fosters creativity within the team, and supports marketing and upselling initiatives.
·
Actively monitors product quality, provides constructive feedback, and ensures the use of only high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Good in spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills.
