Description

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to suite guests in particular areas i.e. check in, check out, treatment reservation, F&B reservation, secretarial duties. The Suite Butler handles all suite guests in a professional, efficient and courteous manner to suite guests at all times.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Previous experience in Butler, Suite Butler or in hotel front office, preferably in a luxury or international hotel.
·  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·  Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
·  Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
·  Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar)
