Your Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, competitor performance, demand, and booking behavior

·
Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies

·
Forecast occupancy, revenue, and ADR (Average Daily Rate)

·
Lead regular revenue meetings

·
Maintain rate structures in booking systems

·
Create revenue reports and performance analyses (e.g. STR, pick-up reports)

·
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team

·
Participate in revenue meetings and present strategic recommendations

·
Monitor price sensitivities and demand shifts

·
Control and manage room allotments and availability

·
Conduct regular competitive set analyses

Your Profile

·
Experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality

·
Several years of professional experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, or Sales

·
Strong knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and yield management

·
Analytical mindset and strong affinity for numbers

·
Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking

·
A positive attitude, reliability, and a high level of commitment

·
Self-motivated and proactive approach

The employment relationship is subject to the collective agreement for workers in the hotel and hospitality industry. The minimum gross monthly salary according to pay group III is EUR 2,263 , with a guaranteed overpayment based on your experience and qualifications.
