Your Responsibilities

Lead the Sales, Marketing, and Events Sales departments

·
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and overall business success, including distribution and marketing initiatives

·
Monitor and report on sales activities and performance

·
Plan and conclude corporate agreements

·
Execute and document sales activities

·
Represent the hotel at trade fairs and client events

·
Maintain and expand client relationships and manage key accounts in the region

·
Contribute to the budget and forecasting processes

·
Lead, motivate, and continuously develop the team through training and coaching

What You Bring

·
Experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality

·
Strong negotiation skills, flexibility, and willingness to travel

·
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident and engaging presence

·
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience

·
Customer- and service-oriented mindset

·
Fluent in German and English ; additional languages are an asset
