Job description

Who We Are

At Hyatt, we believe in the power of belonging and creating a culture of care, where our colleagues become family. Since 1957, our colleagues and our guests have been at the heart of our business and helped Hyatt become one of the best, and fastest growing hospitality brands in the world. Our transformative growth and the addition of new hotels, brands and business lines can open the door for exciting career and growth opportunities to our colleagues.

As we continue to grow, we never lose sight of what's most important: People. We turn trips into journeys, encounters into experiences and jobs into careers.

Why Now

This is an exciting time to be at Hyatt. We are growing rapidly and are looking for passionate changemakers to be a part of our journey. The hospitality industry is resilient and continues to offer dynamic opportunities for upward mobility, and Hyatt is no exception.

Your Role

As Revenue Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the hotel's commercial success. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management you will lead the execution of revenue strategies designed to maximize profitability, optimize pricing, and enhance overall performance.

You will combine analytical expertise with strategic insight—leveraging data, market intelligence, and Hyatt's revenue systems to identify opportunities, guide decision-making, and ensure the hotel achieves an optimal balance of rate, occupancy, and total revenue. This role requires both precision and collaboration, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with broader business goals.

Your Responsibilities

· Maximize revenue and yield through in-depth analysis of business trends, competitive benchmarking, and the development of actionable pricing and revenue strategies.
· Prepare and present revenue analysis and performance insights in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, highlighting risks and opportunities.
· Generate accurate forecasts and forward-looking reports to support budgeting, target setting, and strategic planning.
· Manage and optimize inventory controls for both transient (FIT) and group segments, minimizing displacement while maximizing total hotel revenue.
· Support the implementation of Hyatt's Divisional and Global Pricing Policies, ensuring alignment with Best Available Rate (BAR) philosophy and distribution channel strategies.
· Assist in deploying inventory restrictions and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and rate performance.
· Monitor and evaluate channel performance, promotional ROI, and business intelligence data to drive continuous improvement.
· Oversee group block management, including cut-off dates, rooming lists, pickup analysis, and wash management.
· Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across all relevant Hyatt revenue management tools and reporting platforms.
· Identify process inefficiencies, recommend enhancements to business practices and system functionality, and support the rollout of new tools and training initiatives.
· Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.
