In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader teams across sales and marketing, where you'll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role
Responsibilities include developing relationships with travel partners, tour operators, corporate accounts, and travel agencies to drive growth and revenue for our all-inclusive properties. This is a strategic role requiring a blend of sales expertise, market knowledge, and relationship-building skills.

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to increase awareness and bookings from assigned market.

Identify new business opportunities within leisure, corporate, and group sectors.
·
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Lead sales presentations, training sessions, and FAM (familiarization) trips
·
Act as the primary point of contact for partners, providing timely support and solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Drive incremental revenue by leveraging existing partnerships and forging new alliances.
·
Meet or exceed sales targets by developing tailored packages, offers, and promotions for key market segments.
·
Analyze sales performance data and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior management.
·
Represent Hyatt All-Inclusive Hotels at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions in assigned markets.

Liaise with marketing teams to ensure campaigns and materials resonate with market audience.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Experience Required:

Degree level qualification or equivalent
·
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships with existing relationships in market
·
Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills
·
Strong organization and time management skills
·
Ability to present to large audiences
·
Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to independently gather, collate, validate and analyze data
·
Proven ability of generating and increasing sales in given territory
·
Advanced MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel & Salesforce a must
·
English & Spanish language
·
Valid passport and ability to travel
