Job description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel room revenue through proactive sales activities, account management, and business development. This role will manage corporate, leisure, and/or MICE accounts, build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the hotel's overall sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Handle sales calls, site inspections, client meetings, and follow-up activities.
· Identify new business opportunities to increase room revenue and market share.
· Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports as required.
· Work closely with the Revenue, Reservations, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth guest and client experiences.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

·  2–3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality sales role.
·  Native or near-native Thai communication skills, both spoken and written.
·  Good command of English is preferred.
·  Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·  Good knowledge of the hotel market, corporate accounts, travel agents, or MICE business.
·  Well-organized, proactive, and target-driven.
·  Able to work independently and as part of a team.
·  Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; experience with hotel sales systems is an advantage.
