Job Purpose:

Throughout the Food & Beverage Division, you create unique experiences for guests, going above and beyond to deliver extraordinary service across all outlets and In-Room Dining.
As a role of Restaurant Manager (The Standard Grill & In-Room Dining), you are responsible for operating both the Restaurant and In-Room Dining departments with a strong focus on luxury operations, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee welfare. You guide team members by demonstrating technical skills, sharing knowledge, and upholding all departmental and hotel standards to ensure daily operational success. You cherish teamwork, promote harmony, enhance productivity, and create an environment where people can perform and enjoy what they do. You report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant and In-Room Dining, ensuring seamless service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night operations where applicable.
· Maintain a strong and visible presence on the floor, supporting teams during peak periods and ensuring service excellence at all times.
· Ensure all operational standards, SOPs, quality measures, and brand guidelines are consistently applied.
· Supervise order taking, service flow, setup of service equipment and trolleys, and timely delivery of orders to guest rooms and service apartments.
· Continuously enhance guest satisfaction by reviewing service audits, guest comments, and incident reports, and implementing corrective action plans in collaboration with the culinary team.
· Actively engage with guests to gather feedback on food quality, service levels, and overall satisfaction.
· Create, implement, and follow up on comprehensive training plans for front-of-house teams across Restaurant and In-Room Dining operations.
· Ensure all training processes are in place, executed, and aligned with brand and operational standards.
· Conduct performance management, coaching, and regular feedback sessions for all team members.
· Maintain high staff morale, team spirit, and a positive working culture within the department.
· Actively participate in the recruitment process to identify and develop the right talent in line with Standard recruiting guidelines.
· Assist in the creation, execution, and monitoring of departmental budgets and forecasts.
· Play an active role in maximizing revenue, driving food and beverage sales, and attracting both hotel and non-hotel guests.
· Work with the team to develop new ideas, promotions, and activations to increase revenue opportunities.
