Hyatt Regency Bali, a delightful beachfront hotel in Sanur built on nine hectares of lush tropical gardens. The beachfront resort is elegantly designed with a modern Balinese touch and overlooks the Indian Ocean.

As Resort Host, you are responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by serving as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This position is only for Indonesian.

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts.
·  Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences and handling VIP guests.
·  Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
·  Able to build positive relationships and thrive in social interactions.
·  Proficiency in English (additional international languages will be an advantage).
