The Role
As Outlet Team Leader – All Day Dining, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operations of our high‑volume restaurant. You will guide the service team, ensuring that every guest receives warm, attentive, and seamless service throughout the day. Your leadership and presence on the floor contribute directly to creating memorable dining moments, reflecting Hyatt's commitment to care and genuine hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
• Lead and support daily service operations in the All Day Dining outlet.
• Guide and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain strong presence on the restaurant floor, assisting with guest interaction and service recovery when needed.
• Ensure service standards, hygiene practices, and brand guidelines are consistently met.
• Coordinate between the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with colleague training, onboarding, and performance support.
• Handle table assignments, reservations, and peak‑time operation management.
• Support inventory checks, requisitions, and basic administrative duties when required.
• Promote a culture of care, teamwork, and inclusivity within the outlet.

Qualifications :
Who You Are:
• Experience in a restaurant or All Day Dining environment, ideally in a supervisory or senior service role.
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest‑experience principles.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle fast‑paced, high‑volume operations with composure.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and basic food‑handling standards (HACCP familiarity is a plus).
• A positive, guest‑focused attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to mentor and support colleagues while fostering teamwork.
