Job description

To assist the Outlet Manager in ensuring that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· Minimum of secondary education
· Some kitchen experience would also be an advantage, but not essential
· Good technical Food and Beverage Knowledge
· Basic hygiene
· Good communication skills
· Organizational Skills
· Managerial, Organizational and Training Skills
· Good understanding of F&B cost control and labor
· Good telephone skills
· Specialty knowledge in Wines, Spirits and Cigars
· Good English and the local language
· Additional language is a plus
· Minimum 3 years experiences as captain or at five stars hotel's restaurant
