The Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an experienced Revenue Management Rover to join our Revenue and Analytics team supporting Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels. In this role, you will provide short and medium term coverage for open Revenue Management positions across the hotel portfolio, safeguarding business continuity and revenue performance while partnering with hotel leadership, property teams, and Hyatt corporate revenue and commercial strategy colleagues. You will bring deep expertise in revenue management systems, processes, and strategy, quickly adapting to new environments and helping each assigned property optimize pricing, inventory, forecasting, group evaluation, channel mix, and profitability.

The Role

The Revenue Management Rover provides temporary coverage for vacant Revenue Management roles across assigned properties and assumes responsibility for the revenue management function during each coverage period. The role combines hands on system expertise, analytical decision making, property partnership, and strategy leadership to minimize disruption and protect revenue performance.

Provide short and medium term coverage for vacant Revenue Management positions across assigned properties.

Manage hotel revenue strategy, including pricing, inventory controls, forecasting, group evaluation, and channel mix optimization.

Serve as a subject matter expert in revenue management systems, including RMS, CRS, PMS, and channel management tools, and provide hands on support as needed.

Partner with hotel leadership and property teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimize revenue disruption during coverage periods.

Conduct rate audits and compliance checks to maintain system integrity and brand standards.

·
Analyze market trends, competitive data, and performance reports to develop recommendations that optimize revenue and profitability.

Lead revenue strategy meetings and other applicable meetings for the assigned property.

·
Train and mentor hotel colleagues, when needed, to strengthen property level revenue management practices.

·
Collaborate with Hyatt corporate revenue and commercial strategy teams to support consistency and adoption of best practices.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Experience Required:

· 
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of revenue management experience.

· 
Strong technical expertise in RMS, CRS, PMS, channel management platforms, OTA extranets, and distribution systems.

· 
Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new property environments.

Experience Preferred:

· 
Multi property revenue management exposure.

· 
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
