Job description
Duties and responsibilities related to the Outlet Manager role:
· Lead and manage the lunch and dinner operations of the South African Restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation.
· Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
· Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
· Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team.
· Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
· Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management
· Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
