Main Duties 主な業務

Administration アドミニストレーション

Assists with the development and maintenance of a detailed Operations Manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division. Ensures annual review to accurately reflect any changes.
部門のポリシー＆プロシージャー、業務プロセスと業績基準を反映した詳細なオペレーションマニュアルの更新とメンテナンスをサポートし、毎年度の見直しにおいて、変更箇所が必ず反映されるよう取り計らう。

To attend & contribute to all Food & Beverage and other meetings, as scheduled & required.
スケジュール・要求に応じ、料飲ならびに他の部門のミーティングへ出席または準備サポートを行う。

To conduct pre-shift briefings and regular communications meetings, ensuring that they are effective and conducted as necessary.
必要に応じ、効率的な内容のシフト開始前ブリーフィングと定期コミュニケーションミーティングを行う。

Customer service　カスタマーサービス

Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships and handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous & efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.　
ゲストと親しい、よい関係を築き、すべての苦情や問合せなどを、効果的かつ礼にもとらぬやり方で、問題が完全に解決するまで徹底して対応する。

Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service
自身で動き、こまめにチェックを行うことで、常にゲストへ最高のサービスが提供されるよう取り計らう。

Hands on in the outlet (during peak periods) to ensure that the outlet is managed well by all employees, delivering exceptional guest service at all times.
ピークタイムにはオペレーションに加わり、チーム全体が円滑な運営を行い、ゲストが常に最高のサービスを受けられるよう取り計らう。

Always keep eyes on HySat to monitor its trend and make necessary actions for improvement as necessary, along with relevant team menbers.
常にHySatの状況を熟知し目標に向けて推移してるか確認を行い、必要に応じ関連者と連携し改善策を提案する。全チームメンバーが常に礼儀正しく、プロフェッショナルなサービスを行うよう徹底する。

Ensure all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times

Financial　財務

Assists with the preparation of the annual Food and Beverage Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees. Also, attend relevant periodical meeting (i.e. Revenue, Owner and/or HySat Meeting, etc).
年次料飲ビジネスプラン作成をサポートし、部門の目標がホテル全体のそれと社員のニーズに見合うものとなるよう取り計らう。また、定められた月次会議にも参加する。（レベニュー会議、オーナー会議、HySat会議等）

Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Food and Beverage Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the GM, Hotel Manager, other relevant senior/junior management ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.
総支配人　ホテルマネージャー、その他のシニア/ジュニア担当と連携し、料飲部門予算の作成と定期的なアップデートをサポートすることで、目標達成効果的な経費管理を実現すること。

To proactively manage all costs
経費全般を積極的に管理する。

To ensure that all sales are properly recorded, following prescribed procedures for issuing, voiding or correcting outlet checks.
全ての売上げが決められた手順どおり（レシートの発行、無効処理、修正処理等）に正確に記録されるよう徹底する。

To assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets, including establishing par stocks, equipment care and maintenance and inventory taking as required.
在庫管理とホテルOEその他資産のメンテナンスをサポートする。これにはパーストックの確立、器材の補修や棚卸しを行うことなどが含まれる。

Marketing　マーケティング

Prepare with the team, a yearly marketing plan for the revenue centre, which is the basis of the Food and Beverage Annual Marketing Plan
料飲部年次マーケティング計画のもととなる、売上げ確保を目標とした年次のマーケティングプランをチームと組む。

Continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits
常に収益向上の策を練る。

Monitor and analyze the activities and trends of competitive restaurants and bars.
競合レストラン･バーの動向を探り、分析する。

Be fully aware of market needs and trends and that the products offered meet these requirements.
市場のニーズやトレンドをつかみ、アウトレットで出す商品がこれらに見合うものであることを確認する。

To review and analyse the weekly/monthly Menu Sales Analysis in order to recommend changes to the menu mix and engineer the menu for greater profitability and consumer satisfaction.
週ごと／月ごとのメニュー別売上げ分析を見直し、メニュー構成改善提言や内容改善による利益向上、またゲスト満足に努める。

Operational オペレーション

Contribute to the success of the operation with creative suggestions and ideas.　
創造性ある意見やアイデアによってアウトレットの運営成功に貢献する。

To ensure that all aspects of the outlet are managed efficiently according to the established concept. Overseeing the consistent implementation of the service standards and training the employees as necessary.
アウトレットが既成のコンセプトに照らし、全ての面において効率的に管理されるよう徹底する。
サービススタンダードが一貫性を持って反映され、必要に応じて社員にトレーニングが提供されるよう監督する。

To monitor all outlet operations, especially during peak business periods, assisting and making adjustments where necessary.
全てのアウトレットオペレーション、特にピーク時のビジネスを監督し、オペレーションサポート、また必要に応じて調整を行う。

To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
ブランドスタンダードの必須項目、またその他の適用項目が遵守されるよう徹底する。

To make sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food & Beverage Top 20 are implemented.
ハイアットタッチならびに料飲トップ２０の認識を徹底する。

To respond to the results of the Consumer Audit and to ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.
消費者監査結果を見直し、変更が必要な部分の変更がなされるよう徹底する。

To work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of guests.
ホテル全体のビジネスの成功のため、またゲスト満足のため、他管理職者と連携し、柔軟且つ協力的な態度で業務にあたること。

To make sure that outlet employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
アウトレット社員が“私たちはチームワークで働きます”の精神にのっとり、他部署への対応に柔軟且つ協力的な対応を行うよう徹底する。

To taste and monitor the food products served, providing feedback where appropriate and working with respective Chef de Cuisine & management to take corrective action where necessary.
提供する料理のテースティングとモニターを行い、相応なフィードバックをだし、アウトレット料理長と連携して必要に応じ改善に努める。

To work closely with Hotel Senior Management members to ensure that operating equipment is cared for to maximize its useful life and to minimize breakage.
ホテル幹部マネージャーと連携し、OEの製品寿命を全うさせ、ブリケージを最小に抑えるべく努める。

To work with the respective management, Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure that the outlet is clean, properly maintained and cared for.
エンジニアリング、ハウスキーピング等各管理責任者と共にアウトレットの衛生、メンテナンスや整備に努める。

Payroll and Productivity Management　人件費と業務効率の管理

Exercises efficient Payroll Management/Resource allocation through the establishment of a flexible workforce throughout the Division. This will be based on the principles of a flexible employee base (full-time, part-time), multi-skilling, multi-tasking.
マルチスキルとマルチタスクの実行が可能である、融通の利くスタッフ（フルタイム・パートタイム）を登用することによって、効率的な人件費管理・人材登用を実現する。

Focus attention on improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/ payroll costs within acceptable guidelines ensuring optimum deployment and energy efficiency of all equipment.
業務の効率化に集中し、定められた基準内で施設費用・人件費をうまく賄い、器材や光熱費を効率よく使用すること

People Management　人材管理

Recruit, select and develop Food and Beverage employees to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies willing to become multi skilled and perform multi tasks.
マルチスキル・マルチタスクを行うことができ、会社の運営、財政、経営方針に従って就業する社員を採用し、選抜し、　その能力開発を行う。

Through hands on management, supervise closely all Food and Beverage employees in the performance of their duties in accordance with policies and procedures and applicable laws
現場で監督業務を行い、ポリシー＆プロシージャーと該当法に照らして全料飲部門社員の業務を監督する。

Delegate appropriately, duties and responsibilities to equipped and resourced employees, nurturing and developing them whilst ensuring standards of operation and safety are maintained
仕事の割り振りを適切に、必要な情報と機材を持った社員に行い、オペレーションスタンダードと安全の保持を確認しながら、社員の監督と能力開発を行う。

Instil the Training philosophies of the company and work closely with the Training Dept developing all staff take an active role in the training and development of employees.
会社の研修方針を根付かせ、トレーニングマネージャーとデパートメンタルトレーナーの育成に取り組み、全ての社員のトレーニングと能力開発を積極的に行うように取り計らう。

Monitor employee morale and provide mechanisms for performance feedback and development
社員モラルを監督し、業績評価や能力開発のためのシステムを作ること。

Conduct annual Performance Appraisals using a competency-based approach; providing honest and appropriate feedback
年次人事考課で、コンピテンシー項目から鑑みた評価を行うこと。なお、評価は率直且つ相応であること。

Effectively communicate guiding principles and core values to all levels of employees
全レベルの社員に、基本理念とコアコンピテンシーを確実に理解させる。

To oversee the punctuality and appearance of outlet employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
アウトレット社員の身だしなみ、時間への正確さを監督し、各人が正しいユニフォームを着用し、ホテルと部門のグルーミングスタンダードに倣った、きちんとした清潔感のある身だしなみを保つよう徹底する。

To maximize the effectiveness of outlet employees by developing each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and /or mentoring.
相応のトレーニング、コーチング、そして／またはメンタリングによって、アウトレット社員各人の能力とスキルを開発し、仕事の効率を最大限に上げる。

To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of and adhere to employee rules and regulations.
全社員が定められた規律を認識、これに従うよう徹底する。

To feedback the results of the Employee Engagement Survey and to ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.
社員エンゲージメント調査の結果を見直し、内容に関係した変更が必ず行われるよう取り計らう。

General　全般

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering to rules and regulations established in the Employee handbook and the hotels policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety
IRや社員に関する法定立法を認識し、社員ハンドブックと、火災･衛生・健康と安全に関するホテルポリシーを認識し、これに厳密に従うこと。

Take an active involvement in the Welfare, Safety, Development and well being of employees providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback
社員の健康、安全、福利、能力発展を積極的に気遣い、常に中立的な立場から助言やカウンセリングを行う。

Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
常に身だしなみに気を遣う。

Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Exercise responsible management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt.
ホテルの経営陣とハイアットの理念をよく反映し、常に責任ある態度をもってアウトレット運営にあたる。

Respond to requests to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as dictated by the hotel, industry and company

Be 100% responsible, together with the Chef de Cuisine of operating the outlet according to the pre-determined standards and concept.　
担当料理長と共に、アウトレットを決められた基準とコンセプトにのっとり、全運営責任を負う。
