As the Assistant Manager - Restaurants, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurants, ensuring seamless service, high guest satisfaction, and a motivating work environment for the team. You will play a key role in upholding our service standards, managing team performance, and driving revenue growth through guest engagement and operational efficiency.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within luxury restaurants or 5-star hotels.
·  Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
·  Passion for food, beverage, and guest service excellence.
·  Knowledge of restaurant systems, POS, and service standards.
·  Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
