The General Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of Casa Boho, including operations, guest experience, financial performance, marketing initiatives, and team management.

The role ensures that Casa Boho operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining Hyatt brand standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities include driving revenue and profitability, controlling costs, maintaining service and product quality, developing promotions and business initiatives, managing and developing the team, and working closely with Culinary, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments.

The General Outlet Manager will also monitor market trends and competitors, adapt business strategies according to seasonal demand, and continuously strengthen Casa Boho's positioning as a distinctive lifestyle dining destination at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort.
