General Manager (m/f/d)

Andaz Prague is a luxury lifestyle hotel in the heart of Prague and part of Hyatt's globally recognized Andaz brand. We are seeking an inspiring and commercially minded General Manager to lead the hotel through its next phase of growth and success.

This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business performance, foster a strong people-focused culture and deliver exceptional guest experiences while building strong relationships with ownership, Hyatt stakeholders and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall operation, performance and profitability of Andaz Prague.

Define and execute the hotel's business strategy and long-term vision.

Drive commercial performance, revenue growth and operational excellence.

Lead, inspire and develop the hotel leadership team and colleague community.

Ensure outstanding guest experiences in line with Andaz and Hyatt brand values.

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, business partners and key stakeholders.

Drive talent development, succession planning and organizational effectiveness.

Represent the hotel within the local business and hospitality community.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Significant senior leadership experience within luxury hospitality or a comparable premium service environment.

Previous experience as General Manager, Hotel Manager, Director of Operations or similar senior leadership role preferred.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven business results.

Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and develop talent.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with hotel ownership and corporate stakeholders.

International leadership experience highly valued.

Fluency in English required. Czech language skills are an advantage.
